🎯 Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Remote Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and turning information into actionable business insights. You will play a key role in supporting decision-making processes by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data across multiple business sectors.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership and stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, and IT) to provide insights and support business goals
- Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection processes
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making
✅ Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field (2+ years preferred)
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Power BI/Tableau)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
